Also, it's a brilliant PR move by Red Bull to give Giggles the faster car than Finger Man.
Everybody wants to see Vettel do poorly, so they give him the slower car. Then everybody roots for Ricciardo for being the local hero and for showing up Vettel. But guess what? We're still cheering for a Red Bull.

I don't think it was a PR move. They're on equal equipment for now since they can't figure out how how to get it right once, let alone get it right and then tailor it to another driver's needs. Ricciardo can drive the car better than Vettel, so he gets the better result. Fantastic driving on his part though, just wow.
